The Silver Mountain Gondola takes you from Kellogg, ID to the actual mountain itself. It climbs 3400 vertical feet taking you to an elevation of 5700 Ft. The ride itself has 118 gondola cabins and 45 towers along its 3.1 mile trail average 11.3 miles per hour, weather depending. A one way trip averages 18 minutes. It is the longest single stage people carrier in the world.
